1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale by [club legal name] of drinks and food ordered on this website and delivered to the customer's seat during matches.
2. Orders
Ordering requires an account. The customer selects items, enters their seat number, checks the summary and pays.
An order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms the payment.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The VAT amount is shown in the order summary.
The applicable prices are those displayed when the order is placed.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The club never has access to card numbers.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, an order confirmation is emailed to the account's address. Stripe may also email a payment receipt.
5. Delivery
Products are brought to the seat given during the match. [Specify indicative delivery times and what happens if the customer is not at their seat.]
6. Right of withdrawal
